Privacy Policy

Cloudherd is a puzzle game for iPhone where you play the wind and push clouds to water crops. We, sharkedup, don't collect any data from it. The only things that leave your phone go to Apple, through the App Store, and to sharkedup.dev for "More games", described below.

• No account with us, and no sign-up.
• No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking SDKs.
• No access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, or photos.
• Your progress (the best move count for each level), the tips you've seen, and your sound settings are stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.

Purchases

Cloudherd Pro is a one-time in-app purchase made through the App Store. Apple handles the payment; we never see your payment details or Apple Account. The app checks your purchase on your device.

Sound

Cloudherd plays its sound effects and music on your phone. It never records audio and does not use the microphone.

Internet

When you open "More games", the app downloads a short list of our other games and their icons from sharkedup.dev, and if you open one it loads that game's App Store page from Apple; these are ordinary web requests that send no account, name or other information about you, and we don't use them to identify or track you.

Play itself doesn't need these requests, and nothing in the game changes if they fail.

Cloudherd is made for all ages, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

This policy follows the principles that cover every sharkedup game.

If this policy ever changes, this page will be updated and the date above revised.
